Mobility Workshop is a personal training company dedicated to helping all individuals thrive as they get older. Our goal is to increase mobility, balance and strength through creative and engaging custom approaches.
Mobility Workshop Personal Trainers:
- Work in the clients’ residence.
- Bring the necessary equipment
- Provides a creative and custom workout 2 or more times a week.
Who are the Mobility Workshop clientele?
- Age from 50 to 100 years old
- Unable or unwilling to get to the gym on a regular basis
- Mobility is hindered due to surgery, disease, injury or being sedentary for a long period.
