He suffered a stroke, later, but was able to recover 90% function on his left side after another year of exercise creatorschoice. He gave her work as a personal trainer eye-opening perspective and taught her the critical importance of at any stage in life.
Corinna strongly believes in just such a creative approach to fitness whose benefits, from restored movement to renewed confidence, apply to people of every age. Her training is tailored to each client’s needs, limitations, and goals using a variety of techniques, from massage therapy to strength training. Corinna has a passion for helping people to achieve their best selves, and she has created Mobility Workshop as the ideal platform to engage every client’s fitness goal.
